13-90 • 181 Manningham is the distinctive apartment building near the Manningham Road and Thompsons Road juncture. A collection of 22 boutique apartments, we approached the design with the intention to capitalise on the unique site typography and impressive views that could be broadly achieved with clever design. The final design outcome is a distinctive, soaring roof design and light-filled, spacious apartments.
