Aquila Apartments, Fitzroy North
08-11 • Aquila Apartments is the distinctive mixed use building just north of the Alexandra Parade and Brunswick Street juncture.
A collection of 50 boutique apartments and 2 office spaces, we approached the design with the intention to capitalise on the impressive city views that could be broadly achieved with clever design. The final design outcome is a distinctive, articulated facade design and light-filled, spacious apartments.
